The purpose of activity of Federation of trade unions of small and average enterprise of Ukraine – coordination of actions of the organizations which are a part of Federation, on representation and protection of the rights and interests of hired workers of the enterprises of small and average business of Ukraine.

 

The primary goals of Federation is:

• association and creation of the new trade-union organizations at the enterprises of small and average business;
• representation and protection of the rights and interests of hired workers before bodies state and local authorities;
• negotiating on the conclusion of collective agreements, General, branch, regional, interbranch agreements on behalf of hired workers;
• representation of interests of hired workers at the decision of labor disputes;
• participation in working out state and regional programs of employment of the population;
• assistance to development of business, adjustment of civilized legal relations of employers and hired workers;
• participation in lawmaking at cooperation with People's Deputies of Ukraine, carrying out of public examinations of bills; 
• cooperation with others trade-union and public organizations in Ukraine and abroad;
• material and organizational assistance to improvement and rest of members of trade unions and their families.
