Operating legislation
The given decree is accepted for the purpose of the further maintenance of a constitutional law of citizens on enterprise activity, elimination of administrative obstacles at realization of enterprise activity, first of all in sphere of small and average business.
>>The Law of Ukraine on modification of the Law of Ukraine "About the state registration of legal bodies and physical persons-businessmen" concerning simplification of the mechanism of the state registration of the termination of subjects of economic activities have been taken in forse on the 3d of January 2011. The given law makes changes to the Law of Ukraine "About the state registration of legal bodies and physical persons-businessmen".
>>This Law defines substantive provisions concerning realization of a constitutional law of workers on protection of their life and health in course of labor activity, on appropriate, safe working conditions for health, regulates with the assistance of corresponding public authorities of the relation between the employer and worker on safety issues, factory hygiene and the industrial environment and establishes a uniform order of the organization of a labor safety in Ukraine.

The law of Ukraine "About the tax to incomes of physical persons" comprises 22 articles.
The given law in a basis of division of all set of payers of this tax puts criterion of the residention .
Thus has no prime value is the physical person the citizen of Ukraine, the citizen of the foreign state or the person without citizenship.
>>According to the specified Law physical persons - subjects of enterprise activity who have selected a special way of the taxation (the fixed tax, the uniform tax), and members of families of the specified persons who take part in realization of enterprise activity by them and aren't with them in labor relations, insurance payments in size which is defined by them independently are obliged to pay.

>>The given decree is accepted for the purpose of improvement of state regulation of economic activities for maintenance of warranting of a constitutional law of each citizen on enterprise activity, a non-admission of infringement of this right, agrees with articles 42 and 102 of the constitution of Ukraine.
>>This Law defines legal and organizational principles, main principles and a procedure of the state supervision (control) in sphere of economic activities, power of bodies of the state supervision (control), their officials, and also the rights, duties and responsibility of subjects of economic activities during realization of the state supervision (control).

>>This Law regulates relations which arise in sphere of the state registration of legal bodies, and also physical persons-businessmen.
>>This Law defines legal principles of the state support of subjects of small business irrespective of pattern of ownership for the purpose of the prompt exit from an economic crisis and creation of conditions for expansion of introduction of market reforms in Ukraine.

>>This Law defines features of legal regulation, principles of creation, the right and a guarantee of activity of trade unions.

This Law regulates a question of practical realization by citizens of Ukraine given by it the Constitution of Ukraine of the right to bring in public authorities, association of citizens agrees with their charter, offers on improvement of their activity, exposure of lacks of work, to make the complaint to actions of officials, the state and public bodies.
The law provides to citizens of Ukraine of possibility for participation in management of the state and public affairs, for influence on improvement of work of public authorities and local government, the enterprises, establishments, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, for upholding of the rights and legitimate interests and their restoration in case of infringement.
The constitution of Ukraine is the organic law of the state, which norms are norms of direct action.
>>The convention on application of principles of the right to the organization and on conducting collective negotiations is directed on protection of the labor law of workers, in particular on protection of the right of those who works to take participation in trade unions.
>>In preamble of this law it saies that the right of citizens to association freedom is the inalienable law of the person fixed by the General declaration of human rights, and it is guaranteed by the Constitution and the legislation of Ukraine.
>>According to the convention on freedom of association and protection of the right to the organization workers and employers, without any distinction have the right to create to the choice of the organization without the previous permission to that, and also the right to enter in such organizations with only stipulation to be subject to charters of these organizations (item 2).
>>The code of laws on work of Ukraine is confirmed by the Law of USSR from December, the 10th 1971 and installed since June, the 1st 1972. The code consists of 18 parts and 265 articles.
