The law of Ukraine "About references of citizens" № 393/96

This Law regulates a question of practical realization by citizens of Ukraine given by it the Constitution of Ukraine of the right to bring in public authorities, association of citizens agrees with their charter, offers on improvement of their activity, exposure of lacks of work, to make the complaint to actions of officials, the state and public bodies.

The law provides to citizens of Ukraine of possibility for participation in management of the state and public affairs, for influence on improvement of work of public authorities and local government, the enterprises, establishments, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, for upholding of the rights and legitimate interests and their restoration in case of infringement.

According to the Law of Ukraine "About references of citizens" citizens of Ukraine have the right to address to public authorities, local government, to associations of citizens, the enterprises, establishments, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, to mass media, to officials agree with their functional duties with remarks, complaints and offers which concern their authorized activity, the statement or the petition concerning realization of the social and economic, political and personal rights and legitimate interests and the complaint about their infringement.

People who aren't citizens of Ukraine and lawfully are in its territory, citizens of Ukraine if another isn't provided by the international contracts have the same right to idea of references, as well as it possible .
