The law of Ukraine "About obligatory state social insurance from accident on manufacture and occupational disease which have served as the disability reason" № 1105-XIV

This Law according to the Constitution of Ukraine and Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about obligatory state social insurance defines a legal basis, the economic mechanism and organizational structure of obligatory state social insurance of citizens from accident on manufacture and occupational disease which have led to disability or  destruction insured on manufacture (further - insurance upon accident).

Insurance upon accident is an independent kind of obligatory state social insurance with which help social protection is carried out, protection of life and health of citizens in the course of their labor activity what trade unions in the course of realization of the activity watch.
