On the 26th of May 2010 VII next Congress of Federation of trade unions of workers of cooperation and other forms of business of Ukraine has taken place.

At Congress 42 delegates from the member organizations of Federation have been selected (according to the established quota Plenum Federations from 1/22/2010 - on 10 delegates from All Ukraine trade unions Are glad and on 3 delegates from regional, local, other branch, interbranch, regional member organizations).In Federation structure there are three all Ukraine trade unions (the All Ukraine trade union of workers of small and average business "Ednannya", All Ukraine trade union of migrants workers in Ukraine and behind its limits and All Ukraine trade union of workers of nonstate sector "Stolica-Regioni ( Capital-Regions )" ) and regional trade unions (Poltava regional trade union of workers of nonstate enterprises "Srivdryjnist", Dnepropetrovsk regional trade-union organization of workers of cooperation and other forms of business, the Zaporozhye trade union of businessmen of the automobile market, the Trade-union organization " Chernigov trade union of businessmen "Ednist") enter.

37 delegates took part in Congress work with a vote.

An order-paper of  the Congress:

1. The report of the Head of Federation of trade unions of workers of cooperation and other forms of enterprise of Ukraine and the statement of decisions of elective bodies (Federations Are glad and also Federation Presidium).
2. The Revision committee report.
3. About changes of the name of Federation.
4. About changes of a site of Federation
5. About modification of the Federation Charter.
6. About election of the Head of Federation.
7. About a number establishment Federations Are glad and Presidium of Federation, procedure of their election and delegation of functions of Congress to elective bodies of Federation. Election Federations Are glad.
8. About election of the Revision committee of Federation.
9. About the statement of the Program of activity and Federation development on 2010-2015.
10. About the statement of new edition of the Agreement of Federation.

Congress on the basis of reports of the Head of Federation and head of the Revision committee had been made decisions to consider Federation work for the accounting period (2005-2010) satisfactory.

In connection with unactuality names of Federation and the basic direction of its activity which protection of the labor and social and economic rights is and interests of hired workers of sphere of small and average business the Federation name has been changed on

FEDERATION OF TRADE UNIONS OF WORKERS OF SMALL AND AVERAGE ENTERPRICE OF UKRAINE

And also the Federation site is changed :

The new address: 03150,  Kiev, Anri Barbjusa street, 11/2

Delegates of Congress supported changes in the Federation Charter.

In connection with the termination of a term of appointment of the Head of Federation, Congress has considered the problem on management re-election.

Under N. Kozhevina's offer it has been selected the new Head of Federation - Viacheslav Roi - the Head of All Ukraine trade union of workers of nonstate sector "Stolica-Regioni ( Capital-Regions ) ". The nominee of V. Roi was supported by 35 delegates.

For the sake of preservation of existing traditions and yours faithfully to the initiator of creation of Federation, the Head of Federation V. Roi has suggested to select the Honourable Head of Federation Kozhevina Natalia who has given to support and protection of workers of sphere of small and average business over 20 years of the life.

At Congress number has been established and the new structure is selected Federations Are glad, the numerical structure of Presidium is established Are glad, and also delegation to elective bodies of powers of Congress.

Plenum of Federations Are glad has the right to dispose of means and Federation property, to define the authorized representatives of Federation, to make changes and additions to constituent documents, to make the decision on the preschedule termination of powers of directing bodies of Federation.

To Presidium structure are delegated on 1 representative from each member organization of Federation.

V. Roi has reported about concepts of development of Federation, strategy and plans, presented the project of the Program of activity of Federation on 2010-2015. Congress has confirmed the program as a whole with its further processing by organizing committee taking into account offers from the member organizations of Federation.

In the end of work of Congress of the Head of all member organizations of Federation have solemnly signed new edition of the AGREEMENT on association of All Ukraine and other trade unions in Federation of trade unions of workers of small and average enterprise of Ukraine.
